Clinical care is provided by our experienced and dedicated team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, and a Registered Nurse is available either in person or on call 24 hours a day.
Personal care is provided by our fantastic team of carers, who are trained to provide you or your family member with the highest quality care, sensitive to your individual needs, and backed up by our Clinical team.
Our Housekeeping team of Cleaning and Maintenance staff make sure Dunbar homes looks good, is well presented for our residents, and is safe and hygienic for us all

Dunbar Homes also has access to a range of quality allied health professionals who care for residents with specific requirements. These can include Physio, Podiatry, Hearing & Eye specialists, and many more.
Our meals are prepared and cooked fresh daily by our talented Catering Team and our rotating and seasonal menu provides a great variety of dishes.
Finally our passionate Management team & Board of management ensure our residents, staff, volunteers and allied partners have the resources and support needed to make Dunbar Homes the continuing success it is today. This is backed up by Full Accreditation being achieved consistently since the introduction of Accreditation into Aged Care.

Cathy has been a dedicated and passionate leader of Dunbar Homes since 2004. As CEO, and previously as Finance and Admin Manager Dunbar homes has consistently met all expected outcomes for Accreditation, most recently in November 2018 when Dunbar again received a full 3 year accreditation, which in the current Accreditation environment is a fantastic result.
With a focus on providing the best quality care possible for both residents and staff Dunbar regularly receives compliments on the caring and positive environment in which our people can live and work.
Business & Operations Manager
Stefan has been with Dunbar since 2009. Stefan brings his considerable management experience ensuring Dunbar Homes’ Maintenance, IT, Catering, Housekeeping and Quality systems are effective and meet all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Clinical Nurse Consultant
Wes has been a part of the Dunbar Family for over 2 decades. In her current role of Clinical Nurse Consultant, Wes ensures resident care and lifestyle programs are implemented and managed in a high quality, effective manner.
Wes leads our dedicated team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers and Lifestyle Coordinators in providing our residents with the best possible care, delivered in a caring, compassionate and empathic way.
Maree is one of Dunbar’s longest serving staff members. Maree provides support to management through monitoring and implementation of Information and Quality systems including audits, training and legislative updates.
Angela is a long time dedicated volunteer who has made the transition to Lifestyle Coordinator in February 2016. Angela’s professional experience and dedication to Dunbar Homes’ residents means an effective, individualised lifestyle can be enjoyed by all.
Jenny brings considerable experience in lifestyle programs as well as an empathic nature and passion for ensuring residents’ emotional wellbeing is the main focus of the lifestyle program at Dunbar. Jenny also ensures residents who require memory support enjoy activities and a lifestyle which cares for their individual needs.
Keryn provides administrative support to Management, and is Dunbar’s “go to” person if you have questions regarding fees, accounts and general admin enquiries. Keryn’s vast experience in Residential Aged Care administration means you can be assured that resident accounts are very well managed, and her friendly and compassionate personality will make sure visitors and residents alike are made to feel most welcome!
Val leads the way when it comes to quality food service and safety. With meals cooked fresh on site daily, Val and the Catering team consistently provide high quality traditional and modern, home cooked meals which are regularly complimented. Come into our dining room around lunch or tea and you will experience the mouth watering aromas from our menu
Rob leads the team of volunteer maintenance officers who make sure Dunbar Homes’ Buildings and equipment are kept in good order. On hand during weekdays and available on call after hours, the team are committed to making sure our residents and staff can live and work in an environment where safety and quick attendance are vital.
